If your silk pillowcase develops a manufacturing fault, tears, or breaks during normal use within 60 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify for a claim:
- The pillowcase must have been used and cared for according to the care instructions provided on our product page & care labels, or if applicable; within the product packaging
- The claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The pillowcase must be returned together with its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.
- If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Return the pillowcase together with its original packaging.
*Please note that return shipping costs paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the issue is covered by our Product Quality Guarantee.
If approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost; or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene reasons, used pillowcases cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
Exclusions
The 60-Day Product Quality Guarantee applies only to purchased silk pillowcases.
The following items are excluded from this guarantee and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or return unless required by applicable consumer law:
- Free gifts
- Promotional items
- Complimentary products included with an order
- Products received as part of a giveaway, competition, or marketing promotion
Our 60 Day Guarantee applies to one use per purchase. For replacements the guarantee no longer applies.
